Our lifestyle and family sessions are relaxed, natural and shaped around the people involved. Rather than forcing perfect poses, we create space for genuine expressions, personalities and connections to come through.

Sessions can take place at home, outdoors or somewhere meaningful to you, creating a collection of honest images that preserve your family as it is today.

All sessions include consultation, photography, professional editing and delivery through a private online gallery. Business packages include standard usage across the client’s own website, social media, company profiles, press releases and organic marketing. Travel within our standard service area is included. Additional travel, location hire, specialist production and paid advertising usage may be quoted separately

I’m Keith, a Norfolk based photographer with a straightforward approach: creating timeless, honest and natural photographs that capture character rather than just appearance.

Today, most of my work is centred around people, from business headshots and personal branding to team photography and capturing the people behind a business. I particularly enjoy this area of photography because I love being a small part of the journey for people and businesses, helping them show who they are and what they do.

Before starting Traits, I spent 25 years working in a large international food business. During that time, I worked with all kinds of organisations, from sole traders and independent businesses to some of the UK’s largest manufacturers and retailers. This included several years working from within the head offices of two national supermarkets.

In 2015, alongside my day job, I also took on a role as a product photographer, photographing some of the first products for a family run gin business, Black Shuck Distillery. I relished the opportunity and used it to develop my photography beyond the basic point and shoot snapshots I’d always enjoyed taking.

I believe this unusual combination of experience helps me quickly relate to people and businesses, understand what they need from their photography, and create images that have a clear purpose.

My sessions are relaxed, friendly and carefully guided, giving people the time and space to feel comfortable and be themselves. That’s when the best photographs happen.

I’m proud to be a member of the Royal Photographic Society, one of the world’s longest-established photographic organisations, reflecting my commitment to developing my craft and maintaining professional standards.
